We ensure our Joint Venture is comfortable with the investment and provide ongoing financial reporting. We manage all aspects of the property on your behalf, without interrupting your life, leaving you with more time to pursue the things that matter to you the most, while collecting a monthly cash flow. We focus on Rent to Own and are actively looking for multifamily properties in stable and rising markets.
